Anime is my favorite. As a anime fans, Studio Ghibli is one of the best anime studios in the world. There are several maestros in this studio such as Academy Award winner Hayao Miyazaki, Isao Takahata, Yoshifumi Kondo, and Goro Miyazaki. The profile can be viewed in:

What is metabolic engineering?
The definition:
The rational redesign – typically using genetic engineering – of organisms to meet commercial objectives, by the modification of existing – or the introduction of entirely new – metabolic pathways (Stephanopoulos 1999)
 Introduction of specific modifications to metabolic networks for the purpose of improving cellular properties (Cortassa S et al. 2002)
